NOTES :

• RM6/km applies after 40KM. (Carrier / Towing)
• RM8/km applies after 40KM. (Loader)
• An additional RM50.00 surcharge will be charged for vehicles weighing 3 tonnes and above.
• An additional charge of RM150.00 per set will apply if extra equipment such as GoJacks or Baby Tyres is required due to locked wheels or non-movable tyres.
  
• For bookings below 10KM, only 25% of the amount paid is refundable upon cancellation.
• For bookings exceeding 10KM, only 50% of the amount paid is refundable upon cancellation
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the cancellation date.
